We are talking about 2018 Halton/Peel Princess Ball in support of Cystic Fibrosis Canada. I'm joined by Val Cole of OnTV to chat about this phenomenal event taking place on January 27, 2018 at Le Treport Convention Centre in Mississauga.
The grandeur of this event brings little princesses and princes together for an afternoon of royalty. Children ages 3-12 years of age to feel like royalty while providing an opportunity to make a difference for those living with cystic fibrosis .

Feb 24 is proclaimed the coldest day and or night of the calender year. This would be one of the worst times of the year for those suffering with poverty and or homelessness.
The Coldest Night of the Year is a national "call to action" campaign, where communities from all over come together to raise money for programs that deal with Poverty. In Mississauga, the DAM- Youth Drop-in centre is the organization that we are supporting. The Coldest Night Of The Year event requires patrons to not only raise money but to head out on the street and embrace the cold as we promote awareness for youth and homelessness.
